Job summary

Onco360 is hiring Fulfillment Pharmacy Technicians for our Louisville, KY site. This on-site role offers full-time hours, typically Monday–Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM EST, with a starting wage of $22.50 per hour and an additional $3 per hour for late shifts.

Sign-on bonus of $5,000 for hires starting before Oct 31, 2026. Benefits include 401k, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, quarterly incentives, and company-paid life and disability insurance.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician: 2+ years of experience
• Pharmacy Technician license or registration as required by state law
• High school or equivalent education

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Prepare prescriptions to be dispensed including printing labels; selecting and pulling medications from stock shelves, counting medications, and labeling the final product for dispense
• Packaging and organizing daily Rx orders for shipment
• Receive, order, and manage medication inventory

Onco360 is looking for Fulfillment Pharmacy Technicians at our Specialty pharmacy located in Louisville, KY. Join our growing team in a closed door environment with exciting opportunities for professional growth!

This position is on-site with Full-Time hours either Mon-Fri from 11:00AM - 7:30PM EST.

Starting salary $22.50/HR and up.

Late shift will earn a $3/hour shift differential.

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before October 31, 2026.
