Job summary

Onco360 Pharmacy in Louisville, KY is seeking Fulfillment Pharmacy Technicians for an on-site, full-time role in a closed-door environment with growth opportunities and a patient-focused culture.

Starting pay is $22.50 per hour with a $3/hour shift differential; a $5,000 sign-on bonus applies for employees starting before September 30, 2026. We offer medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO/holidays, tuition reimbursement, quarterly incentives, and other company-paid benefits.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years as Pharmacy Technician.
Pharmacy Technician license or state registration per state law.
Knowledge of medical terminology, sig codes, and brand/generic names.
Able to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by following procedures and regulations.
Prepare prescriptions to be dispensed: print labels, pull medications, count and label final product.
Package and organize daily Rx orders for shipment.
Receive, order, and manage medication inventory.

Onco360 is looking for Fulfillment Pharmacy Technicians at our Specialty pharmacy located in Louisville, KY. Join our growing team in a closed door environment with exciting opportunities for professional growth!

Working Hours and Compensation

This position is on-site with Full-Time hours either Mon-Fri from 11:00AM - 7:30PM EST.

Starting salary $22.50/HR and up.

Late shift will earn a $3/hour shift differential.

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before September 30, 2026.

We may also be able to offer a $500 bonus for technicians to obtain their CPhT and/or CPhT-ADV credentials.

Role and Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Prepare prescriptions to be dispensed including printing labels; selecting and pulling medications from stock shelves, counting medications, and labeling the final product for dispense
Packaging and organizing daily Rx orders for shipment
Receive, order, and manage medication inventory

Knowledge of medical terminology (including sig codes and Roman numeral), brand and generic names of medications and general pharmacy terminology

Licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
Basic math and analytical skills
Intermediate typing/keyboarding skills
