Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy in Louisville, KY is seeking a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician for on-site full-time hours, either from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM EST. The starting salary is $21.00 per hour with additional bonuses available for shift differentials and credential achievements.

The position demands strong organizational skills and experience in pharmacy operations. Applicants should possess good interpersonal and customer service skills, along with a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience.

Qualifications

Position Summary

Onco360 is looking for Fulfillment Pharmacy Technicians at our Specialty pharmacy located in Louisville, KY. The position is on‑site with full‑time hours either Mon‑Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST or 11:00 AM–7:30 PM EST. Starting salary $21.00/HR and up.

Late shift earns a $3/HR shift differential.

Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before July 31, 2026.

$500 bonus for technicians who obtain their CPhT and/or CPhT‑ADV credentials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Prepare prescriptions to be dispensed including printing labels; selecting and pulling medications from stock shelves, counting medications, and labeling the final product for dispense.
• Package and organize daily Rx orders for shipment.
• Receive, order, and manage medication inventory.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy Technician: 2+ years experience.
• Licensed or registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• Good interpersonal, verbal, written, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and be flexible.
• Good organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Knowledge of medical terminology (sig codes and Roman numerals), brand and generic names of medications, and general pharmacy terminology.
• Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently when inputting information.
• Basic math and analytical skills.
