Responsibilities

• Greets customers and assists with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Models customer service best practices and shares them with team members.
• Under pharmacist supervision, assist in pharmacy practice and enter patient/drug information.
• Fill prescriptions, verify accuracy, and help manage workflow and inventory.
• Handle cash registers and assist customers to locate OTC products.
• Process third-party claims and support clerical duties as assigned.
