Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician in Kansas City, MO, to join a 100% employee-owned, closed-door team serving individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs. The role involves filling prescriptions, operating an automated packaging system, and maintaining accurate prescription data, with daily collaboration alongside pharmacists.

The position offers a weekday schedule 9 AM–5:30 PM with a rotating Saturday shift, paid time off from day one, health coverage, a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Active pharmacy technician registration in the state of employment or ability to obtain before first day.
• National pharmacy technician certification (CPhT) or willingness to become certified shortly after hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work the posted schedule, including rotating Saturdays.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Fill and prepare prescriptions.
• Operate automated med-cup packaging system.
• Enter and maintain accurate prescription information.
• Communicate with clients and care teams by phone.
• Work alongside pharmacists and other technicians to keep medications accurate and on time.
