HAC, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists with the preparation, labeling, and delivery of medications in a fast-paced, employee-owned environment. You will input prescription information, process insurance claims, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and teamwork in a community pharmacy setting, with opportunities to participate in an ESOP and benefit from a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Oklahoma Pharmacy Technician license preferred; must obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Phase I training completed within 30 days of hire.
• Phase II training completed within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with preparation, labeling, and delivery of medications.
• Answer telephone promptly and accurately.
• Check out customers at the cash register and provide customer service.
• Enter prescription information into the Rx program and process claims.
• Handle inventory—pull, count, label, and store meds; manage stock.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and follow policies.
