Job summary

HAC, Inc. is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists with prescription preparation, labeling and delivery, in Bartlesville, OK. You will process prescriptions, handle claims transmissions, and help manage inventory in a fast-paced, employee-owned environment.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, and an Oklahoma technician license (preferred) with training within 30–90 days. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential, with the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required or equivalent.
• Current Oklahoma Pharmacy Technician License (Preferred).
• Obtain an Oklahoma Pharmacy Technician License within 30 days of hire.
• Phase I Training must be completed within 30 days of hire.
• Phase II Training must be completed within 90 days of hire.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Regularly uses computer programs and prints labels.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties with friendly, positive, team-oriented approach.
• Answers telephone timely and accurately.
• Checks out customers at the cash register.
• Inputs prescription information into the Rx program and transmits claims.
• Generates prescription bottle labels and maintains inventory.
• Manages inventory and orders, including reverse claims.
