Job summary

Harps Pharmacy in Lowell, AR is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to deliver excellent customer service and support pharmacy operations including inventory management and compliance. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a retail setting.

Ideal candidates will hold a Pharmacy Technician certification and have 1 year of retail pharmacy experience. Flexibility for evenings/weekends and the ability to follow procedures is required for success in this role.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Pharmacy Technician certification.
One year previous experience in a retail pharmacy environment preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekends as needed.
Adaptable to different situations and the ability to respond with flexibility to shifting priorities and rapid change.
Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions.
Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
May possess knowledge of data entry of third party billing.

Responsibilities

Support pharmacy department readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, department financial goals and objectives, department cleanliness, and safe use of equipment and tools.
Replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing and accounting, back stock, reclamation and returns, damages and reworks, supply use and inventory preparation.
Compliance with state and federal regulations pertaining to pharmacy operations, including maintenance of licenses and required training.
Problem solving through clear issue definition and structured inquiry.
