Qualifications

• Prior pharmacy experience is required.
• Prior data/order entry experience in pharmacy is required.
• Minimum age of 21 years is required.

Responsibilities

• Collect all necessary background information and profile new patients.
• Collect insurance information and coordinate with medical records to maintain accurate data.
• Set up third party billing for new and established patients and process prescriptions.
