Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services Inc. is seeking a pharmacy technician to enter medication orders for multiple facilities and ensure that third-party claims are billed correctly. You will provide customer service, maintain patient and facility data, and assist with basic training.

Some travel to homes for meetings or drug exchanges may be required. Additional duties include staying current with mandatory training programs and supporting billing processes as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Broad knowledge of medications and physician orders is preferred.
• General computer and keyboarding skills are expected.
• Successful completion of pre-employment and/or random drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Enter medication orders for various facilities accurately.
• Ensure third-party claims are billed properly and timely.
• Provide customer service and problem resolution to assigned facilities.
• Maintain accurate data for patients and facilities.
• Assist in training new employees and travel to homes or meetings as needed.
