Job summary

Blink Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician in Chesterfield, MO. You will process prescription data entries, communicate with providers, and resolve issues across departments in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

Requirements include at least 6 months of pharmacy tech experience, Missouri license, and certification (PTCB or NHA). No patient calls are involved in this role, and shifts are weekday CST hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months prior Pharmacy Technician or similar experience.
• PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining.
• Active Missouri Pharmacy Technician license required before start date.
• Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid technical aptitude and ability to learn new software.
• Competent in basic pharmacy calculations.

Responsibilities

• Process data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per Blink protocols, focusing on complex entries.
• Serve as point of contact for provider communications, handling outbound and inbound calls.
• Accept inbound provider calls via warm transfers with proper call context.
• Resolve open issues submitted by pharmacists, technicians, and Incident Coordinator team.
• Perform tasks in a safe, compliant manner per policies and laws.
• Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role.
