Job summary

Blink Health in Chesterfield, MO is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to process prescriptions with accuracy and speed, while serving as a contact for provider communications. You will handle data entry, support pharmacists, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws as part of a collaborative team dedicated to affordable prescriptions.

Requirements include 6 months of pharmacy technician experience, PTCB or NHA certification, and an active PA license or willingness to obtain one before start.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months prior Pharmacy Technician experience or similar industry experience.
• PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining.
• Licensure: Must hold an active Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician license or be willing to obtain and have it approved prior to start date.
• Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software.
• Competent in basic pharmacy calculations.

Responsibilities

• Process data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per Blink protocols, with a focus on complex and higher‑difficulty entries.
• Serve as point of contact for provider/physician communications, handling both outbound and inbound calls.
• Accept inbound provider calls through warm transfers, ensuring call context is established prior to acceptance; patient calls are currently not part of this role, and responsibilities are subject to change as business needs evolve
• Resolve open issues submitted by a variety of departments, including pharmacists, other technicians, and Incident Coordinator team
• Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws
• Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role
