Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • End times range between 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM
  • Typically work one weekend day per week
  • One full weekend off per month
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

  • Receive, evaluate, process, and follow up with doctors’ offices on assigned refills.
  • Maintain accurate data entry records for cycle medications, fill requests, renewals, and new cycle orders.
  • Use pharmacy systems effectively, including document imaging and legacy pharmacy computer systems.
  • Understand and manage Cycle processes to help meet delivery deadlines.
  • Consistently meet the pharmacy’s established accuracy and productivity standards.
  • Troubleshoot, research, and resolve customer service issues using your pharmacy knowledge and experience.
  • Communicate with customers by telephone in a caring, understanding, and courteous manner, routing calls as appropriate.
  • Complete assigned prescriptions within your regular shift.
  • Work closely with teammates to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow, especially during periods of high volume.
  • When needed, assist with filing completed orders, packaging medications, inventory, profiling orders for medical records, and filling processed prescriptions.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the pharmacy team.

  • WA State Pharmacy Technician License — REQUIRED.
  • High School Diploma or GED, as required by state regulations.
  • Experience with pharmacy computer systems; familiarity with Framework preferred.
  • Knowledge of brand-name and generic medications and SIG codes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, even when processing a large volume of prescriptions.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems with minimal direction.
