Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to handle confidential information.
• Experience in customer service and basic medication handling is helpful.
• Ability to follow HIPAA and company policies.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist pharmacists as needed.
• Handle billing, cash, and electronic transactions accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized work stations and patient waiting areas.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and food/sanitation rules as applicable.
• Triage calls, answer inquiries, and support health and wellness initiatives.
• Follow company guidelines on inventory, ordering, and vendor coupons.
