Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Comply with local, state and federal regulations; report all illegal activity.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and safety regulations; notify management of unsafe conditions.
• Understand and perform ordering with primary and secondary wholesalers.
• Adhere to guidelines on computerized inventory, medications, devices, and supplies.
• Maintain clean, organized work stations and customer waiting areas.
• Count, measure and prepare specified product following best practices.
• Complete billing procedures to ensure best value for customer and company.
• Answer phone, triage calls, and respond to inquiries as appropriate.
• Follow cash handling policies and tendering methods to prevent loss.
• Provide stellar customer experience during reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing.
• Assist pharmacist in duties not requiring professional judgment.
• Adhere to HIPAA and company privacy policies.
• Support health and wellness initiatives and central fill deliveries.
• Work cooperatively in high-paced environments and handle conflicts professionally.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek help when needed to resolve issues.
• Assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as required.
