• Coach technicians and cashiers if PTCB certified.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and help with products and services.
• Support inventory management and daily checkout activities.
• Adhere to all company policies and Pharmacy Code of Conduct.
• Assist with clinical services and coordination with providers as needed.
