Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Earns or will earn PTCB certification as required for promotion.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Experience with pharmacy systems and point-of-sale is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision and follow state/federal regulations.
• Process prescriptions using pharmacy systems and verify accuracy of patient and drug information.
• Provide excellent customer service and help resolve questions or issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Support inventory management, cash handling, and basic clerical duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager.
• Assist with coordination of clinical services and coordination with healthcare providers as needed.
