Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in retail.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer strong math and computer skills, and knowledge of inventory control.
• PTCB certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and prescription processing.
• Provide courteous, efficient checkout and customer service at the register.
• Support pharmacy operations, inventory management, and claims processing.
• Maintain store cleanliness, displays, and merchandising.
• Process cash transactions, refunds, exchanges, and returns as needed.
• Assist with photo services and OTC assistance where applicable.
• Adhere to company policies, pharmacy code of conduct, and regulatory requirements.
