Job summary

Lawndale Christian Health Center seeks a Pharmacy Technician to handle receipt, preparation, and dispensing of prescriptions at the on-site pharmacy. You will document work in the pharmacy system, treat patients promptly and professionally, and maintain stocked, clean areas in line with regulations.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, pharmacy tech experience or training, and an Illinois license or in progress, plus ability to communicate well and pass an OIG background

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy tech experience or formal training is a plus.
• Illinois pharmacy tech license or in process.
• OIG background check performed.
• Bilingual ability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prepare and dispense prescriptions from the on-site Pharmacy.
• Document work in the pharmacy computer system.
• Treat patients in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep work areas stocked, clean and compliant with regulations.
