Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our store team and help deliver safe, accurate prescription processing and compassionate patient care.

You will complete required state licensure and a rigorous training program, support the pharmacy team, and follow SOPs to ensure quality service. Immunization support and diverse patient interactions are part of the role where permitted by law.

Flexibility for scheduling and travel within the market may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for pharmacy practice.
• If no minimum age mandated by state board, must be at least 16.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures to ensure safe prescription fulfillment.
• Assist pharmacists in providing patient-centered care and efficient service.
• Complete basic inventory tasks and support labeling, dispenses, and returns.
• Support immunizations and other services where permitted by law and training.
