Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage patient health and safety.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic, personalized service to patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and on the phone.
• Assist with basic inventory tasks and stock management per SOPs.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing as allowed by training and regulations.
