Job summary

CVS Health in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and compassionate patient care across stores.

You will follow SOPs, complete inventory tasks, assist with immunizations where allowed, and help provide immunization services, immunization support, and drive-thru operations while upholding privacy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Complete basic inventory activities and assist with medication deliveries and cycle counts.
• Deliver immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed by law, and support privacy and safety.
