Job summary

• Perform data entry for patient registration and process prescriptions under HIPAA.
• Respond to patient inquiries via calls, chats, and emails; assist pharmacists.
• Resolve third-party rejects by collecting information and resubmitting per plan.
• Support pharmacists and relay issues to senior staff as needed.
