Nationwide Children’s Hospital is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Trainee to join the pharmacy team. The role requires registration with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy and a plan to obtain PTCB or ExCPT certification within 6 months of hire.

Must be currently registered with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician Trainee or Registered. Expected to obtain PTCB or ExCPT certification within 6 months of hire. The cost of the certification examination will be reimbursed upon successful completion.
Day Shift - Must be available to work between 6 AM and 4:30 PM Weekend and Holiday rotations required
Transports medications and supplies to pharmacies, enables partners to perform their duties in an effective manner, and maintains inventory and a clean pharmacy environment.
Essential Functions:
High school diploma or equivalent, required.
Detail oriented.
Six months of previous pharmacy or customer service experience, preferred.
