Job summary

Walgreens is expanding its pharmacy technician team, offering a pathway from technician to certified technician through an ASHP/DOL-recognized apprenticeship. You’ll interact with customers, support pharmacists, and learn modern pharmacy systems while building patient relationships.

Applicants should be fluent in English and ready to work evenings and weekends; six months of retail experience is preferred and PTCB certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and other duties.
• Process prescriptions and enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems.
• Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Support inventory management and clerical tasks in the Pharmacy Department.
