Job summary

New or experienced candidates will receive training to use pharmacy systems, assist pharmacists, and support patient care while meeting regulatory standards and providing excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills to fill prescriptions, including counting and weighing medications.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy according to state and federal regulations.
• Enter patient and drug information and process prescriptions using pharmacy systems.
• Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
