Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Under pharmacist supervision, assist in pharmacy operations, enter patient and drug information, and check for interactions.
• Support inventory management, ordering, unpacking, and storing pharmaceuticals.
• Assist with clerical duties and cashiering as required.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and pharmacy code of conduct.
