Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Strong math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Models customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive experience.
• Develops strong relationships with valuable customers.
• Assist under pharmacist supervision in dispensing and pharmacy operations.
• Enter patient and drug information, fill prescriptions, verify accuracy and check interactions.
• Handle cash register, assist customers to OTC products and answer calls to physicians when needed.
• Support inventory management and maintain pharmacy area stock and cleanliness.
