Job summary

Walgreens Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Apprentice to join our patient‑centric team. You’ll interact with customers, support pharmacists, and learn through an ASHP/DOL‑recognized apprenticeship that leads toward PTCB certification.

You'll train on the latest technology and gain hands‑on experience in prescription processing, patient service, and inventory controls while building lasting relationships with patients and the local community.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy.
• Process prescriptions using pharmacy systems and assist with and coach technicians when certified.
• Provide excellent customer service and help maintain a positive customer experience.
• Support pharmacy operations including inventory management and cash handling.
