Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and other duties per company policy.
• Process prescriptions by entering patient and drug information, verifying details, and handling third-party claims.
• Maintain accurate records and check for possible drug interactions and prescription errors.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience and assist customers with products and services.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register, guiding customers to OTC aisles as needed.
• Assist with inventory management—ordering, unpacking, stocking, and protecting pharmaceutical supplies.
• Support coordination with the local medical community and external providers to enhance patient care.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as directed by management.
