Job summary

Walgreens is seeking Pharmacy Technician roles in which you’ll interact with customers and help build strong patient relationships. This position supports a patient-centered approach and offers a pathway through an ASHP/DOL-recognized apprenticeship to become PTCB certified.

You’ll train to use pharmacy systems, assist pharmacists, and participate in service delivery, inventory, and basic clinical tasks as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing and related duties.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions; assist with cashiers as needed.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience and build patient relationships.
• Support inventory management and warehouse procedures as needed.
• Assist with clinical services coordination and communication with healthcare providers.
