Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician or Apprentice in Las Vegas, NV. You’ll engage with customers, assist pharmacists, and support the pharmacy in daily operations while building strong patient relationships.

You'll train through the ASHP/DOL-approved earning-while-learning program to become a PTCB-certified technician, with opportunities to advance as you gain skills in pharmacy systems, cash handling, and clinical services.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and related duties.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems and process prescriptions.
• Provide excellent customer service and help maintain a positive patient experience.
• Support inventory management and help with cashier duties as needed.
