Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for counting, measuring and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in dispensing medications.
• Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Greet customers and deliver a helpful, friendly experience.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control.
• Handle cash registers and assist customers with OTC products.
• Participate in training and ongoing education in healthcare and pharmacy.
