Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Apprentice to be front and center with customers, developing strong patient relationships.

As part of Walgreens Pharmacy Team, you will receive training through an ASHP/DOL-backed program, work under pharmacist supervision, and pursue PTCB certification while contributing to safe, accurate dispensing and excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing medications and processing prescriptions.
• Engage customers, resolve questions, and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Maintain accuracy in entering patient and drug information into pharmacy systems.
• Support inventory management and assist with training programs.
