SpecialtyRx, Inc. in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Under supervision, you will provide clerical and administrative support across departments, answer calls, greet guests, and help maintain office operations in a fast-paced LTC pharmacy. The ideal candidate has strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills, with a willingness to obtain a KY Pharmacy Technician license if needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed KY Pharmacy Technician preferred or willing to get.
• Driven and motivated problem-solver.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to all departments.
• Answer central telephone system and direct calls accordingly.
• Greets and interacts professionally with all internal and external guest/personnel using strong interpersonal skills providing direction and resources to address needs.
• Maintain office supply inventory.
• Assist with various projects.
• Maintains the department emails and phone lines, answering questions and providing requested information, or referring questions to subject matter experts.
• Clean and help maintain equipment and work areas according to prescribed methods.
• Assist with onboarding tasks (issuing badge IDs).
• Process returned script credits from facilities.
• Assist with Client Services giveaways, i.e., baked good, etc.
• Assist with all other pharmacy technician duties as assigned by Pharmacist In Charge.
• Perform other administrative, pharmacy technician, and special projects as required and/or as assigned.

We are seeking a highly motivated Pharmacy Technician Administrative Assistant professional to become part of our team! The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with phone personality and customer service skills.

Under general supervision, and in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws and regulations provide a variety of Human Resources, administrative, office and clerical functions.

Responsibilities

Answer central telephone system and direct calls accordingly.
