Job summary

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to members, prescribers, and pharmacies for the Adherence program.
• Refill medications and coordinate with prescribers for additional refills.
• Draft routine reports and correspondence.
• Ensure CMS oversight processes and proper communication with PBMs.
