Job summary

Remedi SeniorCare, a Clarest Health division, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support long-term care facilities with Paxit packaging and dispensing operations at our on-site facility in Rosedale, MD.

You will set up packaging lots, maintain clean work areas, replenish supplies, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure accurate labeling and order tracking. A valid MD Pharmacy Technician registration and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current MD Pharmacy Technician registration in good standing.
• 1 year LTC pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment.
• Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
• Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas.
• Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues.
• Use Paxit Manager and Framework for order tracking.
• Perform audits, packaging scans, and short-fill checks.
• Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling.
• Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and 'owes' processing.
• Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.

Remedi SeniorCare is seeking a dynamic Pharmacy Technician to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities. Our Pharmacy Technicians operat e our cutting-edge Paxit automated Packaging and Dispensing equipment, fill Bulk Prescriptions, and stag e finished items for shipment to our valued customers. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with and support various areas within the pharmacy operations as needed.

Location: On site at our closed-door pharmacy (9006 Yellow Brick Rd, Rosedale, MD 21237)

Compensation: Start ing at $19 - $21 /hr (dependent upon experience) + $ 1.00 /hr shift differential

Schedule : Monday - Friday 11:30pm - 8:00am , rotating weekends

Reports To: Fulfillment Operations Technician Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Fulfillment Operations Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for:

• Operate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment.
• Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
• Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas.
• Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues.
• Use systems like Paxit Manager and Framework for order tracking.
• Perform audits, packaging scans, and short-fill checks.
• Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling.
• Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and "owes" processing.
• Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.
• The ability to adhere to Clarest's Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• * Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the MD State Board of Pharmacy is required (good standing) *
• Minimum of one ( 1 ) year working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required
