Job summary

Remedi SeniorCare, a division of Clarest Health, is seeking a Licensed Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Trainee for our closed-door Plymouth, MI facility. You will operate Paxit packaging equipment, manage order flow, and ensure accurate labeling in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers 2nd shift hours (4:00pm–12:30am), with holidays and weekends rotating. We provide comprehensive benefits, PTO, and opportunities within a growing national pharmacy services company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Michigan Pharmacy technician license, certification or trainee license required (in good standing).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator with quick learning ability.
• Flexibility to work overtime, holidays and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment.
• Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
• Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas.
• Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues.
• Use Paxit Manager and Framework for order tracking.
• Perform audits, packaging scans, and short-fill checks.
• Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling.
• Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and “owes” processing.
• Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.
• Adhere to Clarest's Code of Conduct and Compliance policies.

We're seeking dynamic Licensed P harmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Trainee to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities.

Location: On site at our closed-door pharmacy (Plymouth, MI 48170)

Salary range : $19-$21/hour + $0.50 Shift Differential Per Hour

Schedule : 2nd shift: 4:00pm - 12:30am | Monday - Friday, rotating holidays and weekends
