Remedi SeniorCare, a Clarest Health Division, on-site Fulfillment Operations Pharmacy Technician in Rosedale, MD, offers a hands-on role supporting Paxit packaging and dispensing. Compensation starts at $19–$21 per hour plus a $0.50/hr shift differential.

Schedule is Mon-Fri 3:30pm-12:00am with rotating weekends; reports to the Fulfillment Operations Technician Supervisor. Benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, PTO, telemedicine, 401k with company match, closed-door pharmacy service,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current MD Pharmacy Technician registration in good standing required.
• Minimum 1 year in long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment.
• Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
• Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing and staging areas.
• Respond to equipment faults and workflow issues promptly.
• Use Paxit Manager and Framework for order tracking.
• Perform audits, packaging scans, and short-fill checks.
• Stage and tote prescriptions with labeling accuracy.
• Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling and 'owes' processing.
• Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.

Remedi SeniorCare is seeking a dynamic Fulfillment Operations Pharmacy Technician to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities. Our Fulfillment Operations Pharmacy Technicians operat e our cutting-edge Paxit automated Packaging and Dispensing equipment, fill Bulk Prescriptions, and stag e finished items for shipment to our valued customers. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with and support various areas within the pharmacy operations as needed.

Location: On site at our closed-door pharmacy (9006 Yellow Brick Rd, Rosedale, MD 21237)

Compensation: Start ing at $1 9 - $21 / hr (dependent upon experience) + $.50/hr shift differential

Schedule : Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 12:00am, rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities

Fulfillment Operations Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for:

• Operate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment.
• Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
• Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas.
• Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues.
• Use systems like Paxit Manager and Framework for order tracking.
• Perform audits, packaging scans, and short-fill checks.
• Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling.
• Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and "owes" processing.
• Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.The ability to adhere to Clarest's Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• * Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the MD State Board of Pharmacy is required (good standing) *
• Minimum of one ( 1 ) year working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required
