Job summary

Remedi SeniorCare is hiring a Fulfillment Operations Technician in Troy, OH to ensure seamless medication delivery to long-term care facilities. You will operate Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment, fulfill bulk prescriptions, and stage items for shipment.

Location is onsite at our Troy, OH pharmacy. Compensation starts at $17/hr with a $2/hr shift differential and a 3:00pm–11:30pm schedule, Monday through Friday with rotating holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable with medical terminology, math, and analysis.
• Willingness to learn new things during the role.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment.
• Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
• Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas.
• Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues.
• Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.

Job Description

Join our team as an experienced Fulfillment Operations Technician, ensuring seamless medication delivery to long-term care facilities. Our Fulfillment Operations Technician responsibilities will include operating our cutting-edge Paxit automated Packaging and Dispensing equipment, fulfilling Bulk Prescriptions, and staging finished items for shipment to our valued customers. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with and support various areas within the pharmacy operations as needed.

Location: Onsite at our closed-door pharmacy 962 South Dorset Road Troy, OH 45373

Compensation: starts at $17/hr + $2/hr shift differential

Schedule: 3:00pm-11:30pm, Monday - Friday, rotating holidays and weekends

Report to: Fulfillment Operations Technician Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• The ability to adhere to Remedi’s Code of Conduct, follow Remedi Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer
• Operate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment.
• Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
• Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas.
• Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues.
• Use systems like Paxit Manager and Framework for order tracking.
• Perform audits, packaging scans, and short-fill checks.
• Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling.
• Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and “owes” processing.
• Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills required, along with a solid grasp of medical terminology, math, and analytical skills
