Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina seeks a Pharmacy Technician for PRN coverage. You will assist the pharmacist with dispensing processes, collect and verify prescription data, and stock supplies. May label, prepare prepacked orders, and handle clerical tasks as needed.

Requirements include SCBOP registration, potential certification via PTCB/ExCPT, and a high school diploma. This role is on-site in a hospital setting with flexible hours.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician by the SCBOP is required and must be maintained.
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or ExCPT) must be obtained and maintained.
