Responsibilities

1. Assist the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy, under supervision, in accordance with regulations and company policies.
2. Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations if certified.
3. Deliver excellent customer service, greet customers, resolve issues, and develop relationships with valuable customers.
4. Perform pharmacy duties such as entering data, filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and managing inventory under supervision.
5. Support clinical services and maintain good relationships with healthcare providers.
6. Adhere to all policies, handle cash, process claims, and support store maintenance and inventory management.
7. Complete training, maintain certification, and develop healthcare and pharmacy knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (excluding Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, PTCB or ExCPT certification.
