Vertisis Custom Pharmacy in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Pharmacy Technician to join the Front-End Team in a non-retail, patient-focused role. You will handle prescriptions, data entry, and customer communications while supporting physicians and patients with compound medications.

The position offers steady, weekday hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with no nights, weekends, or major holidays, and includes full-time status plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician Trainee License required; PTCB certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and pharmacy software systems (PK Software).
• Prior experience in customer service, data entry, or call center environments.
• Previous pharmacy or healthcare experience.
• $19.00–$24.00/hour (DOE).

Responsabilités

• Answer phones and provide professional customer service to physicians.
• Receive prescriptions and accurately enter data into pharmacy software.
• Fill prescriptions and prepare medications for shipment.
• Complete labels, logs, and required documentation.
• Assist couriers and physicians with medication pickups.
• Process transactions through Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Stock shipping supplies and maintain inventory.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
