Omnicell in Richmond, IN is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This full-time role supports pharmacists in dispensing medications, providing patient-focused service, and entering data accurately.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Active, non-expired license/registration with the Indiana State Board of Pharmacy.
• At least 1 year of working experience (≈2,000 hours) as a pharmacy technician.
• Active Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT): PTCB or NHA accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist with preparation and dispensing to ensure correct medication and dosage.
• Provide exceptional in-person and phone-based customer service; guide patients calmly.
• Learn and apply knowledge of specialty diseases to serve patients effectively.
• Enter patient, medication, billing, and sales data accurately in systems to ensure safety and compliance.
• Support the pharmacy and team, contributing to career growth and Omnicell initiatives.

Pharmacy Hours and Location

• This pharmacy serves the local community Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (closed 1 hour for lunch)

• Help the pharmacist prepare and dispense medications to ensure patients get the right medication and the right dosage every time
• Provide exceptional and personalized customer service for patients through in-person and phone communication and active listening; help patients navigate stress with calm, ease, and guidance

What You’ll Bring
