Job summary

Omnicell in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Pharmacy Technician. The role supports pharmacists in dispensing medications, delivering patient care, and maintaining accurate records in a patient-focused environment.

Base compensation ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package and a Monday–Friday schedule. Local hours are 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Active License/Registration from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy non-expired.
• Working knowledge of Pharmacy Technician duties.
• Preferred: Active Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications to ensure correct dosages.
• Provide excellent patient service via in-person and phone interactions and guidance.
• Learn and demonstrate knowledge of specialty diseases to better serve patients.
• Enter patient, medication, billing, and sales data accurately into systems.
• Support and help improve the pharmacy team and career growth at Omnicell.

Education

Texas State Board of Pharmacy license

CPhT certification (preferred)

What You’ll Bring

Basic Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Active License/Registration from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy non-expired
• Working knowledge of Pharmacy Technician duties

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT): PTCB or NHA accepted.

Work Environment And Physical Demands

• This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds
