Assist with direct patient interventions by providing health and wellness services that are compliant with applicable laws. Responsibilities
  • Comply with all applicable regulations and report illegal activities.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety standards, reporting unsafe conditions.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and control of medications and supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work stations and customer areas.
  • Perform product measurement and preparation following best practices.
  • Process billing accurately to ensure value for customers and the company.
  • Handle phone inquiries and customer questions appropriately.
  • Adhere to company policies on coupons, cash handling, and loss prevention.
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions securely.
  • Provide excellent customer service during reception, data entry, and product dispensing.
  • Assist pharmacists with responsibilities that do not require professional judgement.
  • Follow HIPAA regulations and company policies regarding patient information.
  • Support health and wellness initiatives.
  • Manage inventory including legend drugs and deliveries.
  • Work effectively in high-paced and stressful environments.
  • Handle conflicts professionally and maintain integrity.
  • Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
  • Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
