Job summary

Shields Health Solutions is hiring a Pharmacy Liaison (pharmacy technician) to be based onsite in a hospital clinic or hospital office building in Kalamazoo, MI. You will support patients with medication adherence and personalized pharmacy services, collaborating with clinic teams to deliver hands-on patient care.

The role requires a state-registered pharmacy technician, with at least 2 years of experience, strong communication and technical skills.

Qualifications

• State-registered Pharmacy Technician required or licensure in process.
• At least 2+ years as a pharmacy technician; HS diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinic teams to deliver hands-on patient care.

• Conduct refill reminders, resolve insurance issues, and support financial assistance.

Salary: An employee in this position who performs the job duties in Michigan can expect a salary rate between $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 (Hourly Equivalent: Approximately $24.03 - $28.84 per hour, based on a 40-hour workweek.) plus bonus pursuant to the terms of an any bonus plan if applicable. The actual salary will depend on experience, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.
