Job summary

Shields Health Solutions in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a State-registered Pharmacy Technician (CPhT preferred) to support clinic teams with hands-on patient care, educate patients on pharmacy services, and assist with specialty and retail prescriptions.

Job description

Salary: An employee in this position who performs the job duties in Michigan can expect a salary rate between $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 (Hourly Equivalent: Approximately $24.03 - $28.84 per hour, based on a 40-hour workweek.) plus bonus pursuant to the terms of an any bonus plan if applicable. Sign-On Bonus: $3,000.00

What You'll Do

Collaborate with clinic teams to deliver hands-on patient care. Educate patients on pharmacy services and assist with specialty and retail prescriptions. Conduct refill reminders, resolve insurance issues, and support financial assistance. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements.
