PHARMACY/TECHNICIAN (Finance)

Minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Meet state-specific requirements for the role

Desired qualifications:

  • Previous relevant experience
  • Experience as a pharmacy clerk or similar role
  • Familiarity with EPRN systems

Responsibilities include:

  • Complying with all regulations and reporting illegal activities
  • Following food safety and sanitation standards
  • Managing inventory and ordering functions accurately
  • Maintaining organized workstations and customer areas
  • Processing billing and handling customer inquiries
  • Adhering to cash handling and POS policies
  • Providing excellent customer service and supporting pharmacist duties
  • Ensuring HIPAA compliance and supporting health initiatives
  • Managing medication and supply deliveries
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced environment and managing conflicts professionally
  • Acting with integrity regarding customer and business information
  • Supporting diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors
