Job summary

Patterson is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support daily pharmacy operations in a fast-paced setting. You will work under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, handling prescriptions, labeling, packing, and inventory control.

Role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to follow safety and regulatory procedures. This position offers a competitive starting rate and a company culture focused on growth and people-first care.

Qualifications

  • Requires high school diploma or GED with ability to read, write and speak English effectively.
  • Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is preferred or required to obtain state licensure.
  • Experience with pharmacy operations and medication labeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision.
  • Handle receiving, entering prescriptions, picking, counting, labeling, packing and inventory tracking.
  • Proofread, generate and apply drug labels under pharmacist supervision.
  • Maintain a secure, organized, clean warehouse/pharmacy and handle hazardous materials and prescription drugs in compliance with laws.
  • Interact with veterinarians and pharmacists to meet performance metrics.
